Acting as a Water Services Consultant since 1995 there has been commissions or involvements with over 350 cases with these generally from members of the public or their legal advisors.

Other cases have derived from instructions made by plumbing contractors and trading standard bodies, who have come into dispute with their clients or who have requested some form of arbitration or consultancy service.

The aspects and sources of these cases can be summarised as follows:

• Major plumbing and heating installers working for property developers with defaults or complaints.
• Members of the general public who have reached a conflict with their installers.
• Bathroom designers and installers who have upset their clients.

• Trading Standards who have been engaged to investigate complaints from the public.
